Dr. Victor Dominguez received his medical degree from University of California at San Diego School of Medicine and completed a family medicine residency at UCLA. Dr. Dominguez is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He is also Medical Director of the Centers for Family Health.
Dr. Scott Merchant completed his residency training at Community Memorial Health System in Ventura. He is certified by the AOA Board of Family Physicians.
Dr. Rosalie received her medical degree from University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines and completed residency training at Genesys Regional Medical Center in Michigan. Dr. Patricio is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine
Marie Del Rosario was born in the Philippines, immigrated to the U.S. at the age of one and grew up in Oxnard, California. She received her bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from University of California, Santa Barbara and her Master of Physician Assistant Practice from the University of Southern California. She specializes in family practice and urgent care. In addition to English, she speaks Spanish and Tagalog.
Dr. Craig Mansour received his medical degree from University of California, College of Medicine Irvine and completed his residency training and fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and specializes in nuclear cardiology, cardiac CT, echocardiography and cardiac catheterization.
Mitchell Castro, PA specializes in gastroenterology/hepatology. He graduated from the Western University of Health Sciences in 2000 and has worked in the field of gastroenterology since 2001. He has practiced in Los Angeles and Honolulu and is now proud to serve Ventura County. His special interest include the management of irritable bowel syndrome and chronic hepatitis C.
Dr. Constanze Rayhrer is a general, breast and robotic surgeon, who has been active in the medical community as Chief of Surgery, Main Operating Room Medical Director and as the Associate Program Director for the CMHS General Surgery Residency. She attended Boston University for her Master’s Degree and Medical Doctorate, and completed residency at Carillon Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Virginia.
Dr. Robert Mazurek received his medical degree from Louisiana State Medical School and completed residency training in orthopaedic surgery at Charity Hospital in New Orleans.
Dr. Zachary Hatch received his medical degree from Universidad Central del Caribe in Puerto Rico, and completed residency training at UMass Memorial Medical Center. Dr. Hatch is a member of the American Medical Association and American Psychiatric Association.
Dr. Daniel Clement received his medical degree from Midwestern University, Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed a family medicine residency in Scottsdale. Dr. Clement is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Mikael Hakansson specializes in family medicine. He received his medical degree from Lunds University in Sweden, and completed residency training at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. Dr. Hakansson is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice and is fluent in English, Swedish, Danish and Norwegian.
Dr. Steve Jones specializes in urgent care. He received his medical degree from University of Texas at Houston and completed residency training at Southwestern Medical School. He is certified by the American Board of Family Practice and the American Board of Family Practice – Geriatrics.
Dr. Raymond Menchaca received his medical degree from University of California, California College of Medicine in Irvine and completed a family practice residency at San Bernardino County Medical Center. Dr. Menchaca is a diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners.
Dr. Jeffrey Nelson earned his DO degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, as well as a master’s degree in neuromusculoskeletal science. He is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and the Ventura County Medical Association. Dr. Nelson is happy to join the CFH medical team, and to call Ventura County home.
Dr. William Klope received his medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and completed a general surgery residency at George Washington University Medical Center and urology residency at Louisiana State University Medical Center.
